# Managing plans in your flip account

With flexible plan settings, you can change your subscription period, add and remove licenses at any time, and [upgrade](/en/tariff-upgrade) or [downgrade](/en/tariff-reduction) your plan to suit your needs.

## Changing your plan

There are several ways to change your plan:

1. With the [Upgrade plan](/en/tariff-upgrade) button.
2. In the space settings: in the **Plan management → Switch to another plan → Change** section (except when switching from the Mini plan).

## Changing the subscription period

1. Open the list of spaces and click the gear icon of the space whose subscription period you want to change.
2. Go to the Plan management section.
3. Select Change subscription period.
4. In the window that opens, select a new subscription period from the drop-down menu and click Change.

   The new terms will apply from the new subscription period. The amount will be charged to your saved card when the new period starts; if no card is saved, the new terms will not take effect.

## Changing the number of licenses

1. Open the list of spaces and click the gear icon of the space whose number of licenses you want to change.
2. Go to the Plan management section.
3. Select Change the number of licenses.
4. In the window that opens, select the Add tab if you need more licenses, or Reduce if you need fewer licenses.
5. Enter the new number of licenses: type a value or use + and –.

   ::: warning Important
   The new price will be calculated based on the number of licenses, the discounted base price and the remaining period of your current plan.
