How do I restore a deleted flip?

To restore a flip, click the Trash at the bottom of the left panel, then right-click the flip and select Restore. Confirm, and the flip will appear in your space again.

How do I reset my password?

If you’ve forgotten your password, reset it and set a new one:

Click Forgot password on the login page or follow this link.

Enter the email you signed up with or the email at which you received an invitation to the space.

Click Request link.

Follow the link in the email from flip.

Come up with a new password for your account, enter it and repeat it.

Please note that the password must be at least 8 characters long and must not contain special characters.

Click Confirm. You can now log in to your account with the new password.

How do I rename a space?

Accepted Answer

Only the owner of a space can rename it: the owner is marked with a crown in the list of group members. To rename a space, select it from the list, click the space name and enter a new name. Press Enter on your keyboard or click an empty area in the space, and the space information will be updated.

How do I turn off access to a flip via an external link?

Open the flip and click Share in the upper right corner. Select Deny access for Access via external link.
