Learn how your total cost changes depending on the number of licenses you have and how we calculate the cost when you add or remove licenses.

Billing

Payment

If you have chosen a paid plan, you are billed according to the selected billing period:

• Month: you will be charged every 30 days.
• 6 months: you will be charged every 180 days.
• Year: you will be charged every 360 days.

Adding licenses

You can add a license at any time. When you add licenses:

• You are charged for the added licenses right away, within the current subscription period.
  Price formula: days remaining in the current period / (30, 180, 360) * discounted plan price * number of added licenses.
• The fee for the added licenses will be included in the next billing period.

Removing licenses

You can reduce the number of licenses at any time, but it cannot be lower than the current number of members in the Space or exceed the limits of your current plan.

If you remove licenses:

• The number of licenses will be reduced in the next billing period.
• The invoice for the next billing period will include the selected (new) number of licenses.
