Comparing flip plans

Updated October 9, 2026

flip has four plans: the free Mini plan, Individual for personal work, Business for teams and Enterprise for companies that need deployment inside the corporate network (on-premise), an audit log and integrations with corporate systems. A plan is connected to a space and defines how many flips, members and teams the space can have and which tools are available. Prices are on the pricing page

Which plans are available

  • Mini — a free plan with no time limit that works right after sign-up. Up to 15 members, 1 team and 3 flips per space
  • Individual — a personal space for one person: unlimited flips, advanced tools and high-resolution export. You can't invite members
  • Business — for teamwork: up to 100 members and 30 teams, the admin role, private flips, SSO and domain management
  • Enterprise — everything in Business with no limits on members and teams, plus an audit log, Active Directory and SIEM integrations and a choice of deployment: cloud, SaaS or on-premise. The price is calculated individually, and the plan starts at 30 licenses

The price of Individual and Business depends on the number of licenses and the subscription period — see the article on how the subscription price is calculated

What AI tokens and MCP requests are

AI tokens are spent on image generation and background removal: each operation costs 5 tokens. The limit applies to each member separately and is renewed at the start of the month. On Mini, 5 tokens are one image generation a month, on Individual 60 tokens are 12 generations, and on Business 125 tokens are 25 generations. Learn more in the article on image generation

MCP requests are calls that an AI agent makes to your flips through flip MCP. Mini includes 5 requests per month, paid plans include 20 requests per minute

Who counts as a member

A member is a user who belongs to a space and can create and edit flips. On paid plans, each member takes one license: a space can have as many members as there are licenses purchased. On Individual, there is one license, and it belongs to the space owner. Mini has no licenses: a space can have up to 15 members, including the owner

People who open a flip via a public link, including anonymous editors, don't become space members and don't take licenses — see How to share a flip and set up access

How a plan is tied to a space

A plan applies to the whole space, not to an individual user: limits and tools are the same for all its members. If you belong to several spaces, each of them follows the terms of its own plan. After sign-up, the space is on the Mini plan — you don't need to activate it

Only the space owner can connect and change the plan. If another member runs into a plan limit, the limit window suggests contacting the owner

How to find out the plan of a space

  1. In the left sidebar, click “Space settings” next to the space name. If you have several spaces, open the list of spaces and click the settings icon in the row of the current space
  2. In the “Space profile” section, check the “Plan” row

The same section shows how many flips and members the space has. If the plan has a limit, it is shown next to the number, for example “2 of 3”

How to switch to another plan

The space owner connects Individual or Business in the web version of flip: the “Upgrade plan” button in the top panel opens the plans window. For step-by-step instructions, see the article on how to buy or upgrade a plan, and for payment options, see the article on payment methods

Switching from a paid plan to Mini means canceling the subscription — see the article on how to cancel your subscription

How to get a trial

The Individual and Business cards have a “Try for ₽1” button — it starts a 14-day trial with all features of the plan. Terms:

  • A trial is available once per space and only while the space is on the Mini plan
  • The Individual trial includes 1 license, the Business trial up to 3. If the space has more members, the “Offer unavailable” window appears with the “Manage member list” button
  • The trial is paid by card — ₽1 for each license
  • After 14 days, the subscription automatically renews for a month at the price of the selected plan and is then charged monthly. You can cancel the subscription at any time

How to get Enterprise

To get Enterprise, submit a request: click “Get a quote” on the plan card on the pricing page or “Calculate cost” in the plans window in flip. The “Get a personalized quote” form opens — after you send the request, a manager will contact you. Features for companies are described on the business page
