The free Mini plan

Updated October 9, 2026

Mini is the free flip plan with no time limit. It is connected to your space right after sign-up and suits getting to know flip or running small projects: a space can have up to 15 members, 1 team and 3 flips

What's included

  • Up to 15 members per space, including the owner. Any member of the space can invite users to it — see the article on how to invite users to a space
  • 1 team
  • 3 flips per space
  • Standard tools: shapes, stickers, arrows, emoji, marker, text and images
  • Templates, BPMN and UML notations, import from Miro and Bitrix24 integration
  • 5 AI tokens per member per month — enough for one image generation or one background removal. Learn more in the article on image generation
  • 5 requests per month to flip MCP
  • 3 flip backup downloads per month for the whole space
  • First come, first served support

For a comparison with all plans, see Comparing flip plans

How the flip limit works

A space on the Mini plan can have 3 flips. The limit is shared by the whole space, and flips in the trash count too. When the limit is reached, creating, duplicating or importing a flip opens the “You've reached the limit of 3 flips” window. To free up a slot, delete a flip you don't need and then delete it from the trash permanently — see Folders, favorites and trash

To see how many flips have been created, open the “Space profile” section: in the left sidebar, click “Space settings” next to the space name and check the “Total flips” row, for example “2 of 3”

How the member limit works

A space on the Mini plan can have up to 15 members, including the owner. The counter in the “Invite to the space” window shows how many seats are taken. When there are no seats left, clicking “Invite” opens a window suggesting the Business or Enterprise plan

How to switch to a paid plan

The space owner can switch to Individual or Business at any time with the “Upgrade plan” button in the top panel. For step-by-step instructions, see the article on how to buy or upgrade a plan

While the space is on Mini, you can get a one-time 14-day trial of Individual or Business — the “Try for ₽1” button on the plan card. For the trial terms, see Comparing flip plans

How to switch to Mini

Switching from a paid plan to Mini means canceling the subscription. Even if you select Mini in the plans window, the “Cancel subscription” window opens. The paid plan stays active until the end of the paid period, and then the space automatically switches to Mini. For step-by-step instructions, see the article on how to cancel your subscription

The space also switches to Mini when the payment for the next subscription period fails

Important

After switching to Mini, only the 3 flips created in the space most recently can be edited — the rest open in view-only mode. Flips in the trash count toward these three. Learn more in the article on what happens when you cancel your subscription

Limitations

Mini doesn't include:

When you try to use a feature that isn't available, flip suggests upgrading the plan. Only the space owner can upgrade the plan — other members are asked to contact the owner
